Postgraduate Admission

 Postgraduate admission to Dnipro State Medical University are open around the year. PG student can get admission any time in the year. However, a number of seats are limited. PG courses are offered in the English language but all foreigner students of PG have to study Ukrainian language for 10 months before starting their research work. Duration of PG course is 2-3 years. Our teachers for PG have excellent level of English so that all foreign students feel comfortable with them, but to live in a society you need local language to interact with people. The compulsion of language is the policy of the university to increase the understanding of student while discussing with native professors, fellow students and local patients in the hospitals.

The main objective of the postgraduate training is to allow the students of Dnipro State Medical University to continue their education and general practitioners to improve their skills for further certification. All faculties of Dnipro State Medical University together with its teaching hospitals and other health organizations will provide the necessary physical and human resources to create a scholarly environment appropriate for the training of medical graduates so that they acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to become accomplished physicians and surgeons with the highest moral and ethical standards.
